Just to let ya know......I still enjoy a good ol cuppa strong milky tea with sugar now and again. Nothin wrong with that........especially if there is scones and or sausages to keep it company.

I made a masala chai with a loose leaf yunnan, last night.

I think it's safe to say that the tea used really doesn't matter, so long as its strong, as the subtleties are entirely lost amongst the milk and spices.

I've been enjoying the addition of pepper corns lately and I'm yet to actually try it with ginger but I will at some point.

figured i would post something as to keep us fresh, havent had much time for tea past few days, spent most of this day with swmbo at hospital. who would have guessed that a complex migraine can look like a stroke. but i did manage to get a frozen chai on the way home yesterday morning.

Prayers and thoughts to your significant other mi amigo! Glad it wasn't worse than migraines but, migraines suck none the less.
