    Hi all,

I gave my friend in the US a few samples of longjing and biluochun, and he's suddenly turned into a tea enthusiast. Problem is, I have no idea where he can get more. Can anyone recommend online shops good for purchasing Chinese teas (especially greens) and Japanese greens in the US? Thanks in advance!

Yunnan sourcing has both a China based and an USA based web site.
Yunnan Sourcing Pu-erh Tea Shop USA is the USA based.

Silk Road Teas, Verdant Tea, and Teavanna are some that come to mind.

I have drank tea all my life. Cold and Iced. Southern stile. Some day if i go over the pond again i think i will try it hot. I've heard about it all my life and never have tried it. In the mornings it's always been coffee. They say i would sit in my fathers lap and drink from his cup and make all kinds of faces then cry for more. But some day i will try hot tea. It must be good with so many folds talking about it.

Verdant for anything Chinese.....really good stuff. And Den's for Japanese.

This is my tea stash. The green tin with the panda is awesome. Zhuyeqing tea. I believe that one is hand picked at a certain elevation, only the young leaves.

Here's a link I came across a while back. I think it may have been in a post in this thread.

Today I'm drinking a blended black tea called Churchill. I believe it has Lapsang Souchong in it; it's a little smokey.
