No pic today. This morning was a Lapsang from Verdant. This is a wonderful tea. The smokiness of it is really restrained leaving behind plenty of the black tea flavors to sing through. The smokiness almost a seasoning added to the existing tea flavor. 5g will carry you all morning with many steepings. This afternoon, not so economical, is Ippodo's Gyokuro, Rimpo. Significantly more tea in the pot for an intense, savory cup of green tea.

The temperature dropped big time!
I had Assam tea packed in the travel mug this morning and afternoon at work.

Sencha Kagoshima Yutaka Midori. It's bolder, grassier and even more aromatic compared to the Sae Midori which is smoother and sweeter. Either way both are head and shoulder above many other high grade Fukamuchi deep steamed Sencha.

Thanked: 485Always one to be a little odd this was my 'tea' this afternoon. It's Withania (Ashwagandha), Hibiscus flowers, Elder berries, Ginseng, 1 lemon and 1 lime. In a coffee plunger
