How did you process the Ashwagandha? and kind of an obvious question Carl but what was it like? (the whole ensemble I mean)

I got the Ashwagandha from the health food shop; they sell it in 'bulk' (i.e. in big glass jars and you just help yourself to a scoop or two). The whole thing tasted really nice and refreshing. The next day I had the same but without the lemon. It was better with both the lemon and the lime...

It was another brisk walk to work this morning. I am warming up with my "Morning Thunder" travel mug that is filled with a nice blend, Tolstoy's Samovar.

Today's tea was Ashwagandha, Hibiscus flowers, Elder berries, Ginseng, 1 lime, Gotu Kola and fresh Lemon Myrtle leaves someone at work gave me. I had them crushed and in the plunger (I've been making my 'tea' in a coffee plunger) in 5 seconds flat. Lovely it was, simply lovely...

I get a box of snack samples every month and the one from two days ago had in it one stash brand teabag - russian something. Black tea blend with lavender, bergamot, and vanilla. So that's what I just had

Yes, I know - it's the typical commercial stuff created for consistency (strong low-dimensional flavors) but I liked it in the same way I like doritos, or coca cola

The second brew was much better since it wasn't trying to hit you with a sledgehammer. I had few pieces of 72% cocoa godiva chocolate bar towards the end. I'm happy
