Lazy dinner: lachsschinken pork (wow, this is good, my first time trying it) + mini pitas + hummus.

Pizza!
While I have a very good recipe for pizza dough I was lazy and bought some pre-made dough. I'd used it before and it wasn't as good as mine but not bad. However my store was out of the one I'd used and only had a 'White Whole Wheat' so I said 'F' 'It' and brought it home.
I also cheated and used some jarred pizza sauce instead of making my own from scratch like I do when I have guests but it's not bad at all.
Anyway, here's the pre-baking pic of the Italian Sausage, Onion, Mushroom and Black Olive Pizza;

'Dessert' was Banana Pudding made from a Cook and Serve Jello mix, however I substituted coconut milk for fresh milk and I added pure vanilla extract and a bit of almond extract to it. The dessert was also being made for my lunches at work so the pics are of one of the plastic storage containers that I'd used.

Step 3/Ready for going in the frig and later covered with it's lid;
(The plastic wrap is pressed against the pudding to prevent a 'crust' from forming/the wrap was removed after the pudding was cold and before placing the lid on top).

I enjoyed the pizza and the pudding. I do hope all enjoyed my pics of my meal!
