I am getting together dinner for tomorrow night. At my archery club we have started a Thursday night potluck with one person bringing the main dish of meat. Tomorrow is my turn and I am marinating some venison to grill. As I took out a couple of packages I had a good laugh.
We make butchering a family affair and make a long day fun. One of the packages said, "Looks Like Loin but it isn't. 13" [13 was the year.]
