If you have had to suffer my misses cooking...:banghead:

But I have to ask as I really enjoy most of Samuel Smiths offerings (Oatmeal Stout at the top of that list) indulge me a bit?

Consider it done.........So far I really like what I have tried which, is the Hard Cider and Strawberry fruit Ale.Both were very true to the fruit in flavor with out being overly sweet but just sweet enough and a nice crisp finish on both. Good with just about anything in my book but, best with MEAT !! I got a lookey on their site and was impressed by what I saw. I would so's far recommend their stuff highly . Next trip I will try the Apricot Fruit Ale. I'm a fan of Fruit Ales and such. They are really into being as all Natural and Organic as possible so, I call that a +2.:beer1:

Imagine if we held a giant Intl. member Potluck.....No one would go hungry I bet. We'de have the meat group covered pretty well I'm sure. :medvl:

Corned beef and cabbage last week (Shensens,the best) Tonight,Corned beef hash.
Unpeeled Idaho cubed spuds,Chopped Vidalia Onion,all browned in Bacon grease,couple homemade rolls.:)

Yep,I love my cast iron,My dutch oven is well over 100 yrs old and the finish on all of them is BBS,never seen a drop of soap:)
