    More evidence that Texas has a *very* high concentration of very skilled guys - in most areas. 'Made my mouth water looking at it.

    I'm gonna try that cream cheese/jalapeno stuffing.

    My Homebrew smoker is always running,Bacon, Jerky, prime rib roasts,Cheese (I make my own grating cheese) ducks,alll sorts of things.

    Dang guys, I'm hungry now.. The smoker season is well and truly gone here, all packed away in storage for next year. Missing it already.
