Sorry to mention this one, but the notes on the "South and Goat" just gave me a flashback to the '60's.
Argentina, the country side and a goat roast. Great until the food poisoning set in. 2-3 days in bed and even a Dr's visit to the house.

Like your new pit and the log home in the background. If you keep your legs in the fire like that, your going to have a roast but it won't be leg of lamb-fiji islanders of long ago may have liked that-leg of man.
