Enjoying some 12 year 9 month Knob Creek 120.

The smoothest bourbon ever. Never had any Pappy's but if it is better than this Knob Creek, it should be illegal.

Anyone thinking of going to Spirit of Toronto on the 5/6th of May? I'm heading down for it. Some very special whiskies on offer for tasting, and some interesting spirits overall.

$169 to get in, and then all tastings are free. Better make sure you try the best of the best. Would be cool to go, but I'm afraid everything I would want to try would never end up in my collection. Lagavulin 16 is as fancy as it gets for me.

When the girls are distracted with a movie, I quick slide down and make a charred oak topper for my new favourite Bourbon

What would you need to make one of those to fit Wiser's Dissertation? I have a few bottles of it, along with some Legacy (same bottle), and that would look GREAT on the bottle I'm working.
