Thanked: 36I'm ever so slightly jealous of your A'Bunadh. I've tasted batch 45 in England and was very impressed, but I live in Norway and can't get whisky that strong.

Thanked: 3Any other fans of 'Ard Beg' out there?
It's a (very) peaty kind of taste, but I like it a lot. Too expensive for my everyday drop (Powers blend), I only have one of these when I've done something to earn it (which is, frankly, fairly rare).

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Currently going through The Glenlivet 12 one day at a time. Next, I have a bottle of 18 just waiting...
