    Default Macallan Fine Oak

I've honed a couple knives for a guy at work, and today he gifted me this as a thank you.
    A fine gentleman that fella!!

Naturally, I had to give it a go now that my wife and kids have gone to bed and I have a little me time before bed.

Not skimping on the size of your measures, eh? Or have you mixed it with something?

A diary? If you can't remember it it's probably not worth remembering

As someone who has tasted just about every Bourbon sold, along with several dozen Scotches, (not all in one night) my memory can use some help.

I often don't remember how I got home, let alone what I was drinking.

I woke up on Sunday after a heavy night. I rolled over and found this big fat mess of a woman beside me, snoring and farting.
And I thought "I can't have been that bad last night, I made it home"

I wish I could say that, Bourbon being the first type of whiskey I fell in love with. Unfortunately Canada doesn't import a wide range of Bourbon as Rye is the pedestrian drink of choice up here.

Ah yes, I fondly recall those days. Of course back then it really didn't matter what you were drinking.... as long as you were drinking lol

Funny, I recently began a foray into the world of Rye, which is making a big comeback here in the States.

It's such a fine dram, a little more than one finger's worth was required

Neat little sipping glass there, no pun intended.
