The great big BBQ thread.
This is the season that everyone whom loves BBQ looks forward to.
Even the ones among us that are condo dwellers and have to fake it, using a cast iron skillet indoors most of the time.
What is your favorite BBQ?
Your favorite recipe? - Your Grandma's secret recipe from the old country? No problem, I will not tell anybody. I promise.
Pictures, stories, memories.
Hey Lynn: I expect at least a few more pictures of the green egg in action.
Here is from a planned BBQ that ended up indoors due to the weather.

I love cooking BBQ. Matter of fact I'm in the market for a new smoker. Looking forward to some good BBQ this summer. Oh yea, I make killer ribs and pork.

I love using my cast iron pan to fry a bloody beef.
That looks so good.
Keep 'em coming.

I had a Norwegian friend who tried to bbq carrots, it really didn't work :-),Ii am glad that you are proving that your countrymen aren't all hopless at outdoor cooking, not that I am really very good at it either.
