    It certainly is! Also add 5-6 drops of oilve oil: your skin will thank you dearly. :-)

    good on you. i also have thick heavy beard, and a good lather makes alot of difference, also while you learn it takes a while and the lather may dry a bit, i just put more on or wet my brush a bit and rub it in.

    Does it have to be "virgin?" Should it be? Will my skin know?

    I would suggest, either for cooking or for any other use, including this one, Extravirgin Olive Oil only, possibly from a cold extraction crushing.

    Or this one: CVS Pure Glycerin USP
    That one. I found it in the Facial aisle. Right now, it is buy one, get on 50% off, so I picked up the CVS Vitamin E Moisturizing Skin Oil, which has safflower seed oil.
