Thanked: 96Just got my 6/8 French tip with horn scales. Didn't strop just shaved. It shaves as great as it looks. When Herr Aust says it is shave ready he isn't kidding. This is my second Aust 6/8 and I have a 5/8. For the money, there are no better. A picture of my 3 Austs.

May well be some of the best price point st8's there are on the market. I will certainly get another but may try a 7/8 size next. I really like a 6/8 but may see what the extra 8th can do.
