I've two German razors. One is a "Keen Kutter" and the other is marked "Black Diamond" and "G. H. Pumacker (over) Solingen, Germany." Here's the Keen Kutter. The Black Diamond is at SRD being honed. So, I guess I qualify?
I strop my razor with my eyes closed.

My Max Dorner. It was my great-grandfather's one and only razor. It's well worn so I don't use it in my rotation.
I haven't seen much about these in here.
