There are some beautiful blades in here!
I should be winning a blade that I think would be a nice addition to this thread and will post pictures as soon as I get it (providing I win it **fingers crossed**)

Here are some razors of my Solingen collection. Some of them I have already traded. The Kaufmann (Salesman) was a birthday present for my best friend, who works, by the way, as a salesman.
I'm still looking for a "teacher" razor that matches my profession, but did not succeed in finding one ;-)
Lets start with those, you might have already seen somewhere:
- Revisor 4/8" (one of my sharpest razors)
- Two Schulze Weyer 4/8" (etching reads: "for the strongest beard")
And those you might have never heard of. Some of the razors shown above, the Weltmeister for example appear quite often in German ebay. The following ones are quite rare, at least I have not seen them a second time, so far.
- Rud Frauenzimmer 4/8" (strange name)
- Sanssouci 6/8" (could remove the stains, seen on the pic)
- Kaufmann 5/8"
- Gustav Felix/Gloriawerk 4/8"
As you can see, most of the razors are not in perfect condition, regarding stains etc., but as long as they are good shavers, which all of them are, I don't care. They all are good workhorses and fine daily shavers.Last edited by Moleman; 07-21-2009 at 07:57 PM.
