If it's symmetrical it's not a Kamisori. Being asymmetrical is what defines a Kamisori.

Eh I don't know about that, I disagree with that definition. It's definitely a kamisori. And technically kamisori means razor in Japanese so any razor is a kamisori. Pic is below

A kamisori grind by definition is uneven in appearance
A symmetrical grind on a Japanese origin razor is simply a Japanese razor with a western grind
