7/8 AJ Jordan Mass..made 1890-1910..stainless steel blade..near mint condition with $3 price still on box!

Can I ask, why 1890-1910? And why stainless steel? As I see on the picture, it's carbon steel.
Note: stainless steel is used since 1913.

Sham told me this info when I bought it from him in the classifieds..how can you see what steel it is?

You're right, difficult, but possible.

(If you'll put a bigger razor photo, would better.)
The patina on the tang is look like carbon steel.

apologies..Carbon Steel as he said it is likely..though he did say 1890-1910 made

And some words about Andrew J.Jordan.
This was an import company in St.Louis, Missouri. The company was in business 1878 - 1926. Their cutlery was made both in England and Germany.
The trademark "AAA1" was first used about 1886.
