Thread: Greaves, Pauldrons, and Gauntlets

Very nice set of Greaves Making me drool

Yet to arrive but spiriting their way to Lakeland, Florida; 4 Greaves from what was a 7 day set amidst a Gentleman's Dressing Case...

Thanks to all the posters for such nice Greaves razors! Here are some of mine, some of which I shave with. They are great shavers.

I know this is an old thread but I just had to post my two.

Well here is my greaves no clue as to date but she is pretty

I looked at this thread thinking it was about the show "Full Metal Jousting"! ;-)

I'm including this B.J. Eyre razor as well since they acquired Greaves in 1850. it tapers toe to heel form 15/16 to 7/8.

Here is a updated pic of my above Greaves american razor.

I really like the styling of those scales with that worked spine on the razor.

My two greaves, one in blue quilted maple (8/8), the other in spalted maple, lined with bone and brass wedge with ivory 9/8).
