Must have been something to get your name commemorated in your own lifetime. Either that, or this was old Scott's personal shaver?
Wow, "Old Fuss and Feathers" was a famous general back in the day! That may have been his own personal razor & if so, you really have something. I have never seen another like it. It may have also been to commemorate him which even so, there apparently weren't that many produced & whoever has one is holding onto it for dear life. I would love to own one out of the many Greaves I have. That is a very special razor & I would guard it with my life. Too bad the original scales wouldn't make it. The scales Targus made are incredible & are the closest to originals I've seen. Congrats on owning a masterpiece & a very collectible razor!

I only wish it was Ivory. I'd like to have Ivory scales on it one day.

It's much harder to get Ivory these days. You'll score you another with Ivory scales....................probably sooner than you think!

I bet Ivory scales are expensive. Would be nice to have a few sets of them.

    Thanks, Steve.....

Slowly getting more so I have something to keep my occupied for the winter time...... Way too cold to do much outside then.

I'll work on razors and my wife can work on stained glass projects......

    Well.... That's my plan......lol
