You're not the only one, I own 3 Dovo's & enjoy using them regularly.

I have two (2) Dovo EnVogues (INOX) and a Dovo Best in my rotation.

For me, thay are great shavers

    Have fun !

My first shave ready SR was a Dovo Best Quality. I still use this razor in my travel kit and the shave it provides is exceptional. I do agree that the balance is a bit...Interesting...I'll say. I think I will rescale it to help fix that. Overall it is a blade that I enjoy and does a great job.

This club needs more pictures! Here are three. The first two are CarrieM's. The first one is a limited edition in MOP. The last one is mine.

    My shaving set: http://img576.imageshack.us/i/setih.jpg/

The dovo was the first razor I got. The others were purchased of Ebay, and only one was in shavable condition, but still not as sharp as the dovo though. I love it, and would like to get a bizmark or a en vogue.

My favourite of all Dovo's is the Renaissance...I plan to get one of those one day too.

My first (2nd razor) shave ready was a Dovo Special from SRD. Loved it immediately and still do. I will eventually get another.

Don't be sorry about your headline joke...I didn't get it ...I know the Bismark is similar, or the same as, the Rennie, but there is something about the swords and the name given it, that just does it for me. My poor old Dovo #98 will be feelin' jealous if I get a Rennie...I might just outgrow the love of my #98 if I bring a lady like that into my harem...

    Thumbs up

I have always had at least one in the rotation...

From a Vintage #1 7/8 to the same one JoeD has the #105 (a wickedly sharp blade) to the one I have right now a #24 Fritz Bracht era that is one of my best shavers...

Dovo's in my eyes are the 30-06 of the razor world, they are the brand that everything seems to be compared to.. They are the brand that always works...
