Yes, apparently one did send a razor back and that one was etched Grim Blades/Made in the USA on the tang. Someone else got a TI stamped on the tang razor and kept it after they honed it up. This person requested the TI be sent with the factory edge no vendor honing and received as requested. Again we are talking two different models of razors, apparently.

Are TI razors no good? somebody said they're the same as Gold Dollar? that doesn't sound like a $1xx dollar to me. I have an itch for a new razor don't want to have junk.

And
TI is the known best of the bests,,,,,,,,,Gold Dollar,,, pretty much the same creature as the CPC
