    Make sure the scales follow the tang when open... If not it's a pain to strop... I speak from experience ;-)

    Carl, either a koala left his razor in a tree, or have you been trimming trees with that DePew?

    Seriously, in the patent drawing, as all is straight, the tang is within the scales completely.
    Obviously, mine is not. How looks yours as opened?

    I dunno. They all seem ok until you see one which has not been worn down. I have one about like that I will give you.
