Thread: How many razors do you own?

I can just imagine the joy you all would feel if you passed some of those on to your needy friends!

Darn, you made me count . I'm not that bad yet, only 30 straights and 2 DE. A lot of those were trying different grinds and styles to figure out what I liked best.

It was the same for me. But I've come to realize that they are all great, and some are better than others. But there are some phenomenal ones out there, too.

Yeah I'll get right on that. Charity starts at home doncha know.

I enjoy not having to think about which one to use. I just open the log and fine one with the less use, look at the picture and size then open that drawer.

I am on razor detox for a year now. Starting from hoarding about 15-20 excellent
vintage DE razors, Ive managed to reduce my requirements
to 2 Wolfman razors and I plan to add 2 straights. I don't need any more.

I dont know how many razors I own. I have a five razor rotation, that is four Sheffields and a Frenchy. A box of german blades, a box of US blades, and a box of English.

I'm glad the art of straight razor shaving lives on, on the other hand we're all obsessively nuts.

I decided to cull the herd so I sold my first one on eBay...then promptly turned around and bought another one.

It is not a question of how many you own, but how many are left to restore.
