Haha yah I have looked everywhere on Google images and so on.....and I have found literally 2 pics of these type of scales.....and none had a name for it ....both were very high end scales .....

It is a reasonably common shape, especially on larger razors, if you didn't make them that shape you would either end up with a very skinny looking scale or a massive chunky scale.
Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

I can't make out the stamp but I'd bet it says No 421.
If so, the razor was made by CF Ern & I would be surprised if it was less than exceptional to shave with.The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
