    He's a cheeky little number that I've never seen before.

    Picked it up on the Bay for $25 shipped, had a few extra bucks in PayPal account and thought "Oh hell, let's take a chance on it, I can spare $25 if it doesn't work out" and ended up being a real fine shaver.
    The greek writing is the name, first initial of fathers name and surname.

    My Osborne and Garrett Osgar 13/16. Sheffield steel hollow ground in Germany. Pretty much all it says on the blade. I would like to find another so they could produce offspring.

    @Markbignosekelly
    I had one of those and it went to Holland to hang with a member there. Nice razors but not my jam.

    Here's another 'Rare American' that I just finished restoring. An Electric Cutlery Co., Newark, N.J. circa 1890-1910. A 'True' Tapered blade with 'quill spine'. I have many true tapered blades in my collection (Sheffield's one and all!) but this is the first American I can ever remember seeing.

    Joking aside in my earlier post about posting a Gold Dollar or Sweeney Todd, this a fun thread with some awesome razor porn! It's great seeing these rare, scarce, or unique blades!

    While I won't call this one rare, 14 Grelots don't pop up very often. I just added this one, which is in fantastic original condition, to my horde.

    I have a very odd Henckels 72. It has a scripted spine like the 472, but it is definitely marked 72

    I’d have to say my Ambossmann 99 Djor Special. Im pretty sure it was made and named for an Italian retailer.
