so here one is 1of 4
forged W1 1/4 inch thick spine
    G10 with iron wood spacer
    stainless stop pin
3/16 folder pivot with phos.bronze washers

the blade was flat ground to a wedge heat treated im my kiln quenched in parks (thanks deker for bringing it over for this) cryoed in LN then tempered

i finish ground the blade on 2 inch wheel for that great deep hollow
these pictures are shot before i replaced the pivot screws with new ones (scuffed the ones in it up while shaping handles)

i have not sharpened this one yet but i hope to get that done later today
anyhow here are the shots thanks for looking if your looking for a shot i have not taken yet let me know and i can work on getting the pic taken
there are a few shots of the first one too on my site www.harnerknives.com

feedback welcome as i want to make sure i get everything just right

Hey there ! Glad to see ya here. Looks good, a touch thinner spacer is need it seems, the 3rd pin may cure that issue though. Everything else looks good to me

Just some feedback: That spacer is too large. The blade should never be able to be pushed through the scales as in the last pic. The spine at least should stop at the scales. It is really just a safety thing I suppose, but I have never seen a razor where this purposely happens. Lookin' good though!

There is a stop pin in the scales, so I don't think the blade was pushed through. More likely it was just rotated fully about the pin until the back of the shank rests on the stop pin.

yep the stop pin will not let the edge through i had spun the blade around to show the spacer and blade end better

Using them on a daily basis is the quickest way to refine your designs. Makes it easy to see what works and what doesn't. More importanly, what works well, and what just works.

Really, really nice looking work. I would love to try and hone this up and shave with it.

I second previous comments....another name to add to the list of artisans I want a blade from.
