If I turn the pictures upside down, I think I can recognize the following kanji:
応 (affirmative) answer, phonetic O
心 heart
之 of (possessive particle -> 'of the heart')
卜 and? divination? name-kanji?
剃 shave

No one with a better solution? Mine doesn't seem to make any sense, except for the last character...
Upon closer inspection, I think at least one character is missing at the top. Names are frequently written encased. Thus, the line in the bottom right picture could indicate [(missing character)応心] is a brand or manufacturer's name. The complete translation might then be something like "[brand]'s premium shave", or, if a character 刀 'knive, sword' is missing at the other end too, "[brand]'s premium razor".

I put this through google translate 応心之卜剃刀 and got - Bok razor Noriyuki応心
Babel fish gave me - Application/response heart 之 卜 razor
Then I switched it up and used 刀応心之卜剃
google = Noriyuki Bok応心shaving knife
babelfish = Sword application/response heart 之 卜 剃
If that helps.
there wouldn't happen to be a tree somewhere on there? Bok-er?
