Please don't rescale it... that is a beautiful, NOS, one-of-a-kind razor. Seriously. You can find good blades in bad scales all over; you can't find many in original condition.

Thanked: 530I'm actually starting to think that it shouldn't be rescaled either... If it ain't broke, don't fix it... And the way the scales are shaped, and fit into that holster... It's pretty slick, pink be damned!
Keep it as is, is my new vote
cheers,
Jeremy

If you feel that razor needs to be rescaled you should sell it and buy another one more to your liking. In my book that goes for any razor with functional scales in reasonable condition. +1 on not rescaling.

Thanked: 68Sorry... Another vote for keeping it original.
The pink is a little different but so is the scale shape and protective cover. Everything looks in great condition and would be a shame to see it change from something already "unique".Don't do anything you wouldn't want to explain to the paramedics!

Damn it guys, you're making me feel guilty for wanting to rescale. Trouble is blades like that are hard to find!

See I'm the opposite. I have 2 pink shirts I wear to work sometimes, one with white cuffs and collar. I hate those scales though! Pink ivorywood isn't so bAd, but these...I'll wait till I see it in the steel so to speak, but I can't imagine liking them enough not to rescale..
