Representing grinding with a dremel ("flesh") as shaving also forbidden

Poor humor aside, hats off for even considering refunding the money. Everything we do says something about who we are, and this says volumes about you and about your... er... customer. Care to guess whom I'd buy a beer?.

Your business, your call - and there's no wrong call here - but I agree with the sentiment expressed above: It walks like a duck, it quacks like a duck...

    Best,

    Marcos

What gets me is the crack and chip are near the toe and if you notice there are a bunch of micro-chips at the toe but seem to disappear as you look down the edge going towards the heel. Based on the information I would fair to guess the client left the razor in the boiling water (rapid bubbles) and as the water evaporated the razor was left to rattle around in a metal pot. It's as if the razor was in the pot at an angle and toe was gently smacking the bottom or side of the pot at a rapid pace almost like the water was at a rapid boil and the razor just rattled around on either the bottom or the side of the pot.

The last time I saw that kind of micro-chipping on an edge, as pictured, was when I was using an ultrasonic with multiple sound waves and as I took the razor out several times to see the progress I would hear a high pitched "zing". It wasn't until I looked closer that the edge was reduced to a series of micro-chips, nothing a 1k with some pressure couldn't fix but the point is I always shutoff the ultrasonic before removing the razor now. Please keep in mind I did this several times over an hour.
