Wullie, Here is another King, but it lists a different address. I bet some of the guys (like Manah or Niel Miller) with those amazing powers of GoogleFu could find out what dates they were in business. If its after the "England" stamp requirement, then you know its all-American! Name: DSCN8453.jpg

"H. & J.W. King c. 1857-1876 Hezekiah King is listed in the New York City Directory beginning in 1857 at 86 John Street, as a "Importer of Hardware & Cutlery" In 1865, the listing was H. & J.W. King, "importers of English hardware, cutlery, and guns" at 51 Beekman Street".
    Wullie was right !

    Someone say King?
Here is a shore-nuff American King. King Razor Co
Winfield C. King started up in Pittsburg in 1904 and moved to Indiana, PA in 1911. lasted til 1919.
Mr King was quite a salesman, apparantly. He put "King's hair tested, King Midas, King's Great rex, Silver King, King's Tough Beard", and all manner of "KING'S things on them!

How depressing. Learning that my big King is not American, and having that cruel, horrible Sharptonn person remind me of long lost American King, which I pawned to pay for plasma for my pet geese after that terrible Easter feast misunderstanding.

I'll be glad to give it a loving home with its little brother of mine if you feel you should have to cast it out.

A feral cat, or a pet? Dead cat? A mouser, perhaps? Green apples? Inquiring minds need to know!
