Yes I do mean Pozzouli, Naples. You will love your razor, I know I do!
Shaving with facial hair is like a golfcourse. It's a challenge of rough and fairways. You are the skilled greenskeeper of your face?

Just a little clarification, hope you will not take offense from this: "Pozzuoli" is correctly written like this. :-)

No offense at all. I always mix up the u and o.

Great story. Thanks for sharing it. My collection will always have at least one Mastro Livi razor in it.

Thanks for sharing your story with us I only have one of Mastro Livi's razors one of his newgrinds and I can't put into words how it shaves it was like no other razor I've shaved with as of yet! I would like to get another maybe sometime in the future.

The most condensed version I can provide is "I spent two days with Mastro Livi and it was a remarkable experience, moreover he is a truly remarkable man and master. I ordered a razor from him and waiting for it to be made". :-)

This is just my first Mastro Livi razor, well, I should say, it is going to be my first Mastro Livi razor, as he is making it whatever the time it takes. I am sure I will order more in the future.

This thread is bringing back some wonderful memories for me.

I would love to go back and spend some more time with Mastro Livi, Luca and our extended Italian family.

This trip was a dream come true for me and they will have to pry the razor that I was presented in Scaperia from my cold dead hands as the gentleman said........

Here is the link to the old thread from my visit:

    Have fun
