Thanked: 13245Sunday Mid-Morning Shave
Having a lazy start to a Sunday, heading out on the boat later for a quick run then dinner, so the wife said I have to look presentable hehehe
One of my favorite razors to get in for honing Le Gerlot 1/4 hollow these things are just sooooo smooth when they are tweaked in..
Took out the chips and re-set the bevel on the Chosera 1k then went Chosera 5-10 finally worked the razor on the Nakayama to an almost dry slurry for the final finish..
Lather: Habana Shave cream, a gift from my friend Dustoff
Brush: Grosvenor handle with a High White Badger knot replacement
Strop: Illinois #827 50/100
Shave: WTG, XTG, clear water touch up
Ice Cold Water rinse
A/S: Aqua Velva Musk
Just a freaking awesome shave !!!!

Cheers Henry. the MOP & Alabone took a very nice shine after 12k micromesh
i love how thay look. but a minus is the waight. i dont like the balance point in scales like this. same with stainless steel scales. kinda makes it hard for me to hold a ferm angle while shaving since it feels very back heavy.//Magnus
