The razor is a John Egstrom 5/8
The brush is a roca rule 28mm badger knot with a porcelain handle
The shuttle is a roca rule
    The soap is a Speick
The after shave is a LAB series and the strop is a star shaving big daddy.

In fact I do not like it when care products (especially shaving products) smell of foodstuffs. But in this case there is only a slight touch of glühwein, maybe even warm apple pie ...
    ...really nice!

    Prep - None
    Soap - Tabac puck
    Brush - Muhle XL synthetic
Strop - Neil Miller 3 inch Cordovan leather/English linen
    Razor - Vintage Boker Edelweiss
    Post - Alum block
AS - Aqua Velva Ice Blue

Cold water face lathered shave. Don't know what happened but it was a standout shave. Love the smell of Tabac in the morning.

Day two of the trial. Things seem to be going better than I could have hoped!

He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.

Cold water shaves on warm summer mornings are great! I live in an old farm house that does not have central air, so it is refreshing to jump out of the shower and shave with cold water a cold filled scuttle and cold mentholy shaving cream goodness.
Enjoy the last days of summer, they are fading quickly...
