Razor | Klas Törnblom | Cream | TOBS Rose | After Shave | TOBS Mr Sidney’s

A late shave today at 12ish after a haircut. The TOBS Rose cream is quite nice; I’d probably buy some after trying this sample. The Klas Törnblom did a fine job. I tried a clear water ATG second pass, as spoken about on the forum recently, and didn’t really like it. I always add water to my lather to make a thinner lather for the second ATG pass anyway, but I found using just water didn’t give me the glide I wanted. It also seemed to cause just a little bit of irritation.

The first blossoms have started in my garden and the afternoon will be quite warmish; around 22 which is the warmest it’s been for months. I may sit on the front veranda in the sun with a glass of light red and a book. I shan’t read a lot, I’ll read a few lines and then gaze at the birds in the in the Pussy Willow and the poplars in the distance and over at the hills.

Now there is a person that is not afraid of getting his razor wet! I like it, almost like desert camo scales

Obviously you're talking about this post. Using the 'Reply With Quote' button (and removing the photo and superfluous stuff) keeps us all on the same page

    Pre-Shave - Clean & Clear face wash
    Brush - Vulfix bristle
    Soap - Arko
    Mug - Rogers & Bro
Razor - 7/8 Elliot double concave

Found some new scales for this razor, they seem more appropriate than the last set. The razor that they originally came with had suffered a fatal crack, but did not die in vain Great shave as always, and here is to a peaceful week for everyone!

    Tuesday morning:

    Dr. Harris Marlborough Shaving Soap
    Morris & Forndran "The Chief"
    Puma 52 6/8 french point
    Flying Bird Botanicals Bay Rum

Great shave! This Bay Rum is of good quality and makes a pleasant skin feel. The smell told me of mulled wine with cinnamon. Very tasty!
    Have a nice day!

That's exactly what I use it for, in fact that's the only sort of lather I make. I think it also smells a bit funny, but other than that it is perfectly servicable. Get well soon.

I suppose being a Welshman and owning a Dragon would seem quite normal, when you consider the dragon is the national symbol of Wales and also our national flag, even though this dragon is a Japanese he's always been on his best behavior and delivered the perfect shave

Summer vacations are over for this year. I had a chance to visit the north part of Evia Island and stay in a lighthouse for a couple of days!
