    My shave consisted of:

    Musgo Real pre-shave oil
Martin de Candre’s unscented shave soap
Mühle Basic Nr. 02 shave brush in horn imitate, 21mm Silver Tip Fibre
Gold-Rex straight, square point, hollow ground (Swedish ASSAB steel)
    Bloc Osma Alum
Dr. Alkaidis’ Organic Soothing Gel for AS treatment (exhilarated by how enjoyable the shave was, I did approach my jaw line with a bit too much enthusiasm as a result of which I am now experiencing a wee bit of irritation. Oh well, such is life, one lives and hopefully learns... ;-)

The blade was so smooth and the shave so unbelievably mild, simply fantastic!

Thank you, Jamie for this beautiful little gem of a razor, I owe you a drink or possibly two...

    Hi Jeff,

Great to hear you are enjoying the razor, only thing now you can blame me for fueling your need to own more Japanese razors.

    Wednesday

Razor | Wade and Butcher | Cream | Musgo Real | After Shave | Musgo Real Spiced Citrus

A nice, smooth shave with the Wade and Butcher this morning, a very smooth razor this little Wade and Butcher Special. The Musgo Real cream lathered beautifully. I did just my standard one pass. The Musgo Real Spiced Citrus aftershave went over the top very nicely.

Then it was off to my 85 year old father’s place to be treated as a 10 year old, and very rudely at that. I may post about ‘old fathers’ in the conversation thread, it’s a topic worth discovering…

I’m very happy it’s spring, it's 23 today, sunny and very ‘birdy’.

Talking about dragons, have you seen that kids' movie "How To Train A Dragon'? One of my favourite movies...

I love that one, have seen it quite a few times (see, I must get ready to explain it to my son once he is old enough to watch...

Often, I'd rather watch a kids' movie than an adults' movie. The Lion King is a favourite, and so is 'Up', there's actually quite a few.

    Brush - Omega boar
Strop - Neil Miller 3 inch Cordovan leather/English linen
    Razor - W&B near wedge
