Thanks. I had a fat handle tech on standby, all ready for if the straight wasn't going to be painless. My technique's are sloppy, but I've got time and patience to get those up to scratch. All that's needed (I feel) is a 4K or 6K hone and some CrOX paste/powder, then I'll have no excuse.

I'm getting there. A bit more time with the "Dragon tongue" is in order, methinks.
