    Default Great Monday shave

Having time to only shave once, maybe twice a week now, I find that I enjoy them 'extra' just because I can't shave every day.

I find that shaving a LOT of whiskers gives me a smoother, more comfortable shave than if I try and shave every day or even every other day. After 5+ days, I can almost get BBS in one pass.

    Enjoy the week gents!!

    Prep: Hot Shower
    Razor: Dovo Shavette
    Brush: VDH Boar
    Cream: C.O. Bigelow
AS: Olive Oil/ Clubman Bay Rum
Finish: Murray and Lanman's Florida Water
    Stash: Murray's Australian Bees Wax

Called in sick today, apparently I've contracted the black plague. A hot shower and a good shave have me feeling a bit better. Got a ton of reading to get done and a couple papers to write.

    37 O'Munaciello
In the Neapolitan tradition, the number 37 is related to Monk.
One particular it is O'Munaciello, magical entity with immense powers.
Well, if It'd shave, O'Munaciello I believe would use this.
    Also magical and powerful!

Good advice, that! I plan to start SR shaving my dome (currently using my DE Parker from CS) once it arrives or soon thereafter.

Come to think of it we should have a club on here for head shavers, be nice to have somewhere to share tips and techniques. Good Luck!
    I'm totally down with that!

    Tuesday evening
    Hot water prep
Jeness Dragon Slayer razor - generic badger brush - L'Occitane CADE cream - cold water splash - T&H 1805 balm - D.R. Harris Arlington After Shave

Another great shave from the Jeness custom. "Enjoyed" to the tunes of Pearl Jam - Lightning Bolt. The album will be out on the 14th. Couldn't wait... Bit disappointed. It seems that since Vitalogy they've only been playing one song in a million variations. I'm still a fan, but of the early work... Mixed feelings. Nevermind. I guess it's part of growing up... Says he, who just turned 43 in September... I better get to bed. Sorry for the noisy pic. Need to finally get my D300 in action...
