A very rare snow day here in Alabama. So a quick DE shave (sorry, no time to throw in extra stuff for the SOTD theme week) and outside to play with the kids.

Ok here is a picture of my little guy in his siberian lumberjack getup... I guess because he is my life right now.

I also have a pic of my other new little guy I just shaved with (Henckels 401 platinum, no laps on anything, TGQ Cavendish Black... wonderful shave)

I started off this week at the small end of my rotation.

Touched up on my coticule with lather
    Stropped on the TM
    Hot shower
Pre-heated the Gtown Pottery scuttle and Semogue 730 Silvertip
Mixed up some hybrid lather a la Proraso cream/Williamson soap
WTG and then ATG with my reground W. Revitt
    Rinse and hand scrub
    Witch hazel
    C&E Post Shave relief

In the photo, I've included my Belkin Nostromo n52 game pad and my copy of The Last Wish. I'm a gamer, and currently I'm playing The Witcher, which is based in a world created by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski. The Last Wish, a collection of short stories, is the first of his books to be translated into English. I can't wait for the next one.

I am quite an avid and competitive pool player, so the cues in the middle of my shaving accoutrement frmo left to right are: 1. Mezz PBK2 break cue 2. McDermott M7Q6 (this is my main playing cue) 3. Custom made masse cue 4. Jacoby jump cue
