Thank you, the Brush is a delight and came from your side of the pond too..lol. I have you to thank for the Prorasso my friend, seeing your posts I just had to give them a try, the preshave feels wonderfully warm and cold at the same time, and I know that as soon as that feeling has worn off the old whiskers are ready to be melted away, its much less slimey than conditioner and that feeling is awesome! next shave I plan to use the preshave as a aftershave balm, I hear it can be good? the soap and cream both rock and the splash leaves my face Sooooo smooth, it can almost make a bad shave good.

Same setup as yesterday evening - tat2Ralfy, you have the same "Barbershop" brush as I, but mine is "boar/badger". Awesome brush.

I was cleaning this razor after stropping, and was running a Qtip with alcohol through the scales, as I tend to want to keep them clean. Not sure if I did this or if it was already there, but there seems to be two TERRBIBLY small nicks (dings?) about 1/8" apart on the lower half of the blade. Don't even know if it is possible to hit the blade head on with the end of a Qtip hard enough to hit the cardboard, or if that could have twisted the edge. I am sure that I would have noticed it, thought the scales were tight and I was forcing it through. Looking at the face side, I can see the areas as small small raised dings, and on the back as small depressions. I am sure that they will not be a problem to hone out, though I don't have a hone, and might have even been there when I got the razor. I am just very overly OCD about these types of things, and it pretty much ruined my night. On a lighter note, I am pretty jazzed with my stropping for just having a week under my belt.
