Razor: J.A. Henckels #50~Straight off numero cinco.
    Brush: Omega Hog
    Lather: SRD Rose Soap
    Aftershave: Italian Floid

A face lathering with cold splash of water to end the shave tonight, it was very refreshing. I find that it's quite enjoyable to change up my shaving ritual during the week.

I think I shall have that razor fully restored soonish. Not just because it is my only non-Solingen German vintage, but also because it is simply a fun (singing full hollow) razor. Certainly not aimed at beginners, what with all the flex it offers, and the somewhat intimidating size, but if you can get one of these cheaply, take it.

    He's a cute'un, Slart!

I'm looking at picking up a puck of Ogallala soap, and some Ogallala Cologne or A/S (probably the cologne)

Which do you prefer, plain Bay Rum, or Bay Rum and Sandalwood? I'm leaning towards the +Sandalwood.

Also, is that dog a pure Pug?
