RESULT: Fantastic!!!!! I own about 6 Gencos and i sure do love this American steel. These razors just pop hairs off my arm/whiskers practically before i even put it to my skin. Also u dont have to pay an arm and a leg to own one. These razors should be in everyone's SR arsenal.
    Hi Matt,
I agree with Tom. The scales on this thing are unreal...beautiful and classy. What kind of wood?

BTW: How was Disneyland? Hope you had fun

Disneyland was great Robert, If u haven't already u need to see World of Color its fantastic!

The scales are actually plastic , and colored to look like wood Im assuming, but its pretty convincing.I just polished them with a combo of MAAS/Turtle wax rubbing compound/And mothers polish. Also I am a sucker for the Genco Bow-tie Bolsters (in fact bought two Easy Aces because one of them dint have the bow-tie bolsters) but it would have been pretty sweet if they were real wood.

lol, Matt you are a gangster!
Show us a picture with blurred scales. So we can't identify that it is plastic!
    Very funny, but well done.
If you take the first look it seems like wood.
    Regards
    Tom

Wow! I drool all over myself every time I see that beautiful Genco Matt!
I agree, those American Steel Genco's are the best shavers you will find on both sides of the pond. Those "root beer" scales are georgeous!
