I love your C'Mon blade Chris .
I recently picked one up just like yours (except mine is missing the C'Mon inlay/lettering on the scale) on eBay (my first Bay purchase of str8) for $46...It needed a little polishing, but after a little MAAS, that thing came out as beautiful as ever. Gave it a little spin on the Naniwa 1k, and Coticule with slurry (dilucot method), followed by 12k Naniwa and some TLC by the Escher, the edge pops hair like no ones business...One of these days, I will use it for an SOTD
Here's what mine looks like (pict from the Bay, before polish):

Last day of the local color. Shot looking down at the town of Jacksonville, Oregon (my town). The town is on the National Register of Historic Places. It was the boom town that started when the first gold strike was made in Oregon. The whole town is kept as an original gold mining boom town and attracts many tourists and visitors throughout the year. Last two shots are of the Applegate River that flows by my ranch. I'm running a day late on these pics. (I missed a day during the last week) LOL
Great shaves and pics shown this week Gentlemen, thanks for sharing them with us!

Thanks. My wife returned to work in early August after a 12 year maternity leave to be at home with out 3 kids. I'm a bit more rushed in the morning now as I take my two girls to school, so less time for photos.
The DC is probably my favorite cream. It matches very well with the cologne and the scent lingers throughout the shave. It is one cream that I can still smell in my brush the next day after it has been rinsed and dried.

Today's Shave
Razor: Wade and Butcher Celebrated, Barber notch:
Blade Prep: Started by working on the SRP Paddle, CrOx strop. Used 100X optical and for the first time I could see that the bevel was well defined but the edge appeared striated and jagged.
Used the Crox Paddle stop until I could see that it had cleaned the edge and made it look smooth and well defined. I don't know how many very carefully done laps.
SRP Premium 1 Strop. 100 laps.
Shave Prep:
Hot shower, Neutrogena rubbed into whiskers
Warm AOS oil
BD Scuttle
Hand made badger
Taylor Almond Shave cream
Wade and Butcher Barbers notch
AOS Aluminum
Gentleman's Best After shave Milk.
What a great shave. I was thrilled that I could get the edge like that. Now I need to buy a hone set and learn to set bevels.
I went off and took a nice drive. Figured I try to get another good photo.
