    Default UM VETIVER MUCH???

PREP: Hot shower with face scrub
RAZOR: J.A Henckels TwinWorks Platinum in Adoration Ax scales
    BRUSH: The PJ3
UBER: Cyril Salter French Vetiver and SRD Vetiver
    ASTRINGENT: None
    ASB: CarrieM Unscented
    AS: Carven Vetiver
    EDT: Carven Vetiver
    RESULT: RIDICULOUS

Night Shave Number 2 , Lets start with the Razor, I rehoned it last night after it gave me an OK shave, and let me say this thing is popping hairs in my sleep it is so sharp. Couldn't even feel it cut my whiskers but it did! Now the Uberlather, I have been dying to try Cyril Salters Vetiver (due to Max of course) and let me say this uber with SRD Vetiver is AH MA ZING ! I loved ever bit of it from beginning to end and the scent lasted throughout the shave to right now as I am typing this, and even though I will use the Carven EDT for tomorrow I sprayed some even though Im going to sleep in a bit, Great relaxing scent. This is what shaves are supposed to feel like.

THANKS FOR READING GUYS!!! LOVE THE PICS TOO!!! CANT WAIT FOR TOMORROWS!!

    Wink Interesting Shaving Video

    Hey guys,
Sorry about the thread hijack , but I was watching a few shaving videos on YouTube. I thought I'd share one that I found particularly interesting. I hope you find it equally interesting.

How many of us do the hot towel bit? I know I don't...but it looks really really good and pleasant. I think I may try it over one of these weekends when I have a little more time on my hands in the AM .

    Default Thrusday morning

    Pre: Hot shower
    Razor: Le Grelot 6/8
Brush: New Forest xtra stuffed two banded finest
    Soap: Mama Bears Roses
    AS: Ogallala Lime and peppercorns
    Strop: Neil Miller
    Result: Very, very clean
I´m shocked how the Mama Bear preformed and I´m also shocked by the scent. Nothing has smelled so authentic and the amount of lather was enough for ten passes, really. I did two passes on the head and two passes + touch ups on the face (I was very generous when lathering aswell) and when I was done, the amount left looked like it was newly whiped up .

I don't use hot towel, only one time at home, it was fine, but the better hot towel is at the barbershop of Pamplona, Maite Arbea, I always enjoy the hot towel here, but the facial massage is better.
