Congrats on the wedge, I have a couple and I love them.

Thanks Grant, I think the wedge has a certain "scary" factor with it as you don't get as much "feedback" from the blade. I enjoy your SOTD's and hope all continues to get better for you and the family (great looking bunch by the way!). You have some very impressive restoration work, keep it up!

    Good evening Gentleman.
Again it was a very hot day, deepblue sky.
In the morning Sand Sculpting Festival with a concert of
"North Fort Myers Academy for the Arts STEEL"

We met again Dane Hackendorn, he sold me the beautiful BARMAH hat

And I bought my nice Yoda (Barnes & Nobel)

    "Adventure. Heh!
    Excitement.Heh!
A Jedi craves not these things!" (Yoda)

Only a True, blue-blooded Texan knows how to eloquently put this shave into perspective . Really enjoyed reading it. Well done and welcome to SRP and SOTD. Looking forward to seeing more of you

Stay tuned. There are some more slogans by Yoda in the box.
    Absolutely.
If I had more space in my luggage I'd take a ton of books with me.
We love it strolling through Barnes & Nobel. The books are cheaper than in Germany.

The "spruce duck" is always my favorite shave for whatever reason. Maybe the spruce reminds me of simple places...

    Razor: Dubl Duck Satinedge
    Soap: Mama Bear's Canadian Spruce
    Brush: Col. Conk
Finish: Cold Water/Witch Hazel/Bay Rum trifecta
    ASB: Proraso Cream

Cut the brush with the razor? Never, I have legs that provide endless shave tests. That just means I look a little funny without my pants on.

I like my ol boarshair brush from Wallygreens. I lose about a hair a week! I find I need a stiff brush for my stiff beard! Williams seems to peter out at 1/4 inch but is great until then! Thanks!
