Post Week of December 26 SOTD - Sunday

    Pre-Shave: Hot shower
Razor: 6/8" C.V. Heljestrand "Royal Kindal", Hollow, Round Point
Brush: 22mm New Forest Silvertip Badger
Überlather: Floris "JF" Shave Creme + Floris "JF" Shave Soap + Glycerin
Astringent: Thayer's Witch Hazel (Rose Petal, no alcohol)
    Moisturizer: Trumper's Fragrance-free Moisturizer
After Shave Splash: Floïd Italian Amber
Results: Well...just because the themed SOTD has ended , doesn't mean that I can't continue using the theme . So....Today I broke out my Royal Kindal and Floris "JF" line of soap/creme. What a wonderful way to start Sunday. The Floris is an amazing triple milled soap, which in combination with the creme produced an superb lather - slick, moisturizing, and with lots of thick cushion. The Kindal was no slouch for the task at hand. I gave her a quick spin on the Y/G Escher to refresh her edge just to be sure she was ready for my face. Her performance was nothing short of impressive, leaving me with zero irritation and BBS smooth skin. As Max once said: "I can't seem to wipe this smile off my face ".

After 2 days/nights of celebrations, tonight is our turn to host. My wife has cooked up a storm, with an organic menu worthy of Royalty.

Have an AMAZING Sunday guys. Hopefully, most of you will be off and if you have to go to work, be safe and productive.

Thanks, I too love Ogallala, next AS buy is a BIG bottle of the original blend, not the AS version... Let´s see if I can take it

Most excellent job today! I hope I can be excused with an SOTD from yesterday and today! The first pic is of my Christmas gift, a Boker Arbolito Inox. I could not wait so I stropped it up yesterday and gave it a go, right out of the box! Not bad, but had to run the last pass with my Eyewitness wedge to clean up. To the Hones! (ck out the Case Ruger Russlock from Mom in Law)
Today I had to run this Wade as it is sold. Last, Wonderful Shave with it!
Not to worry, I have another to restore....getting rare, these!
If the new year is anything like this one, SOTD will be the pinnacle(once again) of shave forums, thanks to you fine gentlemen! Thanks and Happy New Year
