Phil,
Nice SOTD and great to see you again
Thank you for the kind words .
PS: How did the date turn out though ?
Nice blade . Are you satisfied with the edge or does it need to go back to the hones?
Glenn,
(1) Seriously nice blade...I am sure you will dial her in.
(2) I know what you mean by being tired...Get some rest and hope you slept well
(3) Last but certainly not least...Happy Birthday to your sweet 2 year old
Tom,
What a great idea ...
How about "Honoring the Troops" being our theme for next time?
Nice shot btw?Last edited by BladeRunner001; 12-27-2010 at 04:37 PM.

Robert,
why not?
A lot of our members served in armed forces in different countries. And all they know the hard job of our soldiers.
It is not an official theme, but I think it is an essential theme "honoring our troops".Last edited by eTom; 12-27-2010 at 02:27 PM.

Thanked: 953Razor: Wusthoff Tridente 11/16s round point
Cream: DRH Almond
AS: Proraso Splash
Great shave. That wusthof is a nice heavy smooth sharp dude. Unfortunately I react to the almond fragrance in the DRH, so it's now a leg shaving cream.

Week of December 26 SOTD - Monday
******************************Pre-Shave: Hot shower Razor: 6/8" Wade & Butcher "Original Bow", Wedge, Spike Point Brush: 24mm Custom D01 Shavemac, 2-band Silvertip Badger Überlather: SRD Bulgarian Rose Shave Soap Astringent: Thayer's Witch Hazel (Rose Petal, no alcohol) Moisturizer: Trumper's Fragrance-free Moisturizer After Shave Splash: Floïd Italian Amber Results: Today is a FANTASTIC day for the SRD Bulgarian Rose soap and the W&B Bow. The lather from this soap was fabulous...no need for übering it with other creme/glycerin mix. It has all that wholesome goodness all by her lonesome. And the Bow? A fabulously sharp delight to use...I am sooooo BBS that I may not need shaving for few days .
Hmmmm...it's time to kinda make myself useful while my wife is out shopping...Time to figure out if we are going to have road closures for our Wednesday trip to Lake Arrowhead (lots of snow this year...8-10 ft in Mammoth Lakes, a record).
Have an great Monday guys.

Thank you Robert, unfortunately, I have to honor a lost wager and as a result I cannot shave for eight days.
I am on vacation this week so I guess, while enjoying a drink and a cigar or two, I will use the time to hone a few razors and maybe rescale a couple.
Excellent SOTD's gent's!
