Hmm, maybe a little more water and less glycerin next time(although it was quite moist) , now... on to the in-laws.

    Default Saturday

Cheers Bill, this seems to happen us a lot, lol.

    AS/EDT: Paco Rabanne Ultraviolet
    Strop: Neil Miller linen/cardovan 30/50

    Saturday 5.2.2011

Todays shave was done with a Thiers-Issard La Mouette Rams Horn 7/8, a Simpson Chubby 3, a blend of Fitjarsoap Neroli soap and TOBS Sandalwood cream (was very fresh and nice smelling), a Georgetown Scuttle and finished with Neroli Aftershave cream from Fitjar. Result was superclean, and a certain Lady enjoys the feeling of a smooth face

Good weekend all, and thank you for the excellent posts today.

    Mikael,
Nice gear. How do you compare the feel between the 2221 HM and 2211 Silvertip?

You know, I was in touch with Peter before he released this brush and was thinking about getting me one of these, but I just don't like flat tops. I know he is going to be expanding his inventory to other sizes and handle material soon too. Can't wait to get my hands on one of his HM badger at 25 or 26mm knot (bulb shape)

    Frank,
Sometimes the simplest shave is the Best. Well done

    Arild,
Beautiful blade and "lady who enjoys a smooth face". Nice background with the tulips too

    Thank you robert!

It´s a bit early to say (three test lathers and one live one), but first impression: softer bristles and better abillity suck up water and soap. The fan shape I like = more badger hair on the face . I tend to like them a little stiff and I got one with short loft (45 mm). I´m very happy with it this far.
