Thanked: 1072Tuesday Night
Strop: Illinois 835Have a great day gentlemen
Brush: FS Finest Badger
Soap: Tabac
Razor: Custom Gotta 120
Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel Original
A/S: David Craig Bay Rum
I'm enjoying all these new ingredients that my wife bought me for my birthday. The Tabac is great, and a late present just arrived today, a sample pack of different Thayer's Witch Hazels. I have to say I'm sold already, tried the original tonight and my skin feels fantastic.
Result: 3 passes and I'm BBS. Even got the thumbs up from Jacky boy. If he's awake he likes to rub cheeks with me and check the smoothness, he also likes a drop of Bay Rum on his neck.

Prep:Hot shower
Brush:AOS Pure Badger
Strop:SRD Paddle
Cream: Cade
Razor: Dove “Best Quality”
After shave: Pinaud Clubman
EDT: L'Occitane Vetyver
Result: 1st try with the Cade cream. I had a difficult time getting it to lather, when I did it seemed too dry and then I added a tiny bit of water and it felt too wet. What seems to work for you guys? I'll keep working at it.
Have a great Tuesday gentlemen!

I honed this up on sunday night after my successful hone on sat. I had very little stubble. Which usually make for a difficult shave for me. But Monk came through. I'm a honing animal. LOL! Yea right.
